Orders and Shipping Details


  • We can't wait for you to get your hands on your new Kaprice Tropical Candle Co. goodies! To ensure everything goes smoothly, please double-check your addresses – especially your shipping address – before placing your order. Once it's placed, we have limited ability to make changes.
  • When your order arrives, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any significant damage during shipping, let us know within 5 days. Just email hello@kapricetropical.com with photos of the damage and we'll be happy to help.
  • We wish we could personally deliver every order to ensure it arrives perfectly. Unfortunately, once it's in the hands of the carrier, we have little control over how it's handled. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
  • If you have any issues or concerns at all, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to make your Kaprice Tropical Candle Co. experience as smooth and delightful as possible.


  • We DO SHIP in Canada but Kaprice Tropical Candle Co. DOES NOT cover any extra shipping rates or customs fees.
  • Please verify the accuracy of the shipping address when placing an order.
  • Orders ship via UPS or USPS Worldwide (1-10 business days delivery) we will send you the tracking numbers (include telephone number on order). Please note that we cannot control custom delays.
  • Shipped orders are unable to be altered or redirected with the shipping carriers. Undeliverable, incorrect address or refused packages that are returned to us will be canceled and unable to be reshipped. A refund will be issued minus a 20% service charge of the purchase price. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.


  • We will collect and remit sales tax for states as required by law. We charge Maryland sales tax for orders shipping to Maryland.
