Our items are made-to-order for y'all and will be shipped with care as soon as possible!
All handmade pillows covers take 3-5 business days from ordering to receive your item(s). Products from the same order may be shipped separately, with no additional shipping charges.
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS and DHL Express you'll receive an email confirmation with your order and tracking numbers once your order has shipped.
Kaprice Tropical, LLC does not sell and ship pillow inserts.
We DO SHIP in Canada but Kaprice Tropical, LLC DOES NOT cover any extra shipping rates or customs fees.
Please verify the accuracy of the shipping address when placing an order.
Orders ship via UPS or DHL Worldwide (1-5 business days delivery) we will send you the tracking numbers (include telephone number on order). Please note that we cannot control custom delays.
Shipped orders are unable to be altered or redirected with the shipping carriers. Undeliverable, incorrect address or refused packages that are returned to us will be canceled and unable to be reshipped. A refund will be issued minus a 20% service charge of the purchase price. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
We charge Maryland sales tax for orders shipping to Maryland.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGE
Kaprice Tropical Shop does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges because we do not carry inventory and we are not big enough yet to take returns or exchanges on items that do not fit, or you no longer like.
Please verify twice accuracy of sizes of the pillow covers before submitting your order. Once an order has been placed, we have 1 hour to make any adjustments to the order or cancel it during our working hours of Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am to 5pm. There may be times we are able to modify an order outside of the 1 hour, so please reach our asap if you'd like to make an adjustment of any kind. Note, outside of our working hours we won't be able to stop/change/cancel any orders. Email us at email@example.com include your order number and any order changes or cancellations and 1 hour after your order has been placed, your changes can no longer be made or canceled.
INCORRECT, DAMAGED ITEMS, MISSING ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, missing or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. It is the customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. Any damages resulting in customer laundering items (we recommend dry cleaning only or spot clean techniques) will not be replaced or repaired.
