HOW DO THE SCENT OF THE MONTH BOXES WORK?
The idea behind this monthly subscription box is to provide you with a unique scented candle tailored to the theme and fragrance of each month, available in limited quantities.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Subscription box orders ship on the 5th of each month.
HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO PURCHASE?
The scented candle subscription box is offered with auto-renewal options for 1, 3, or 6 months. Your monthly payment will be processed automatically. Simply sign up and you're good to go!
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

- Every Month: $25.6 (20% Off)
- Every 3 Months: $28.8 (10% Off)

DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING?

CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?
Discount codes can’t be applied to our subscription boxes because they are already such a great value.
CAN I USE A GIFT CARD TO PAY FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX?
Currently, we are not able to receive gift cards as a form of payment for subscription boxes.

CAN I SKIP A MONTH OR PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes, of course! To skip a month simply login to your subscription page. Once you are logged in click the "Manage Subscription" button. On the Subscriptions page, click on "Edit Subscription", then select the "Manage upcoming orders" dropdown. Here you can see orders for the next seven months and skip any that are necessary. ()
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
You will be charged on the 20th of each month. The frequency of billing will change if you choose to prepay for 6 months. Prepaid plans automatically renew. Prepaid packages marked as a gift will not automatically renew.
For example, if you purchased the month-to-month subscription box, you will be charged every month on the 20th until cancellation. If you have a three or six-month package, you will be charged every three or six months on the 20th of the month until cancellation.
WHEN WILL I STOP GETTING MONTHLY BOXES?
The Motivation won’t stop unless you decide to cancel.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT THE NEXT SCENT WILL BE?
An email will be sent out at the beginning of each month with a sneak peak of the following months exclusive scent. Be sure you are subscribed to our emails to ensure you don’t miss an update!
WHERE CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING & BILLING INFORMATION?
To update your shipping or billing information simply login to your subscription page. Once you are logged in click the "Manage Subscription" button. On the Subscriptions page, click on "Edit Subscription", then select the "Address and shipping information" dropdown. Here you click the "Edit" link beneath your Shipping or Billing address to update. Click "Save Changes" when you are complete and be sure the new address is displayed under the Address and shipping information section.

HOW CAN I CANCEL?
If you would like to cancel your monthly subscription for any reason, you can cancel your subscription on the subscription manger page. Simply login and click the "Manage Subscription" link to access this page. If you have a month-to-month subscription, you'll be able to cancel right away, just click the "Manage" dropdown and select "Cancel". If you have a prepaid subscription, select the "Manage" dropdown then click "Prepaid Settings." Change the dropdown on the pop-up that appears to "No" so your subscription does not renew.
